Senator Course – 18 hole championship course (on site)
Everyone who has expressed an interest in playing golf, the date is Saturday, 10/06/12. 20 tee times have been reserved based upon prior commitments beginning at 11am. The cost is $50.00 per player. It is requested that all players arrive at the course no later than 10:30am the day of play.

Recuperating!
Both Friday and Saturday (hotel rooms are not included in these fees):
- Payment: $190 per person includes all reunion events (except golf).
Per event prices:
- Friday – $65 per person
- Saturday – $135 per person
- Saturday Golf – $50.00
Your full payment must be made no later than September 17, 2012. Please understand that the Committee will be fronting monies on your behalf and that the Committee must make full payment to the venue prior to the event. We will not be handling any payments at the door
You will receive your tickets at the reunion check in. Your cancelled check statement will serve as your receipt.
CANCELLATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING UNTIL FEBRUARY 15, 2013 BY CERTIFIED MAIL. ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING CHARGE. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THE REUNION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Prices include: Friday supper, Saturday dinner, gratuities, taxes, audio/visual equipment, room set up and rental, reunion staffing, media announcements, entertainment for both nights, video presentation, reunion book, printing, hospitality suite, mailings, decorations, signage, data entry, database maintenance, alumni photo name badges, guest badges, and much more.
